We handle all the paperwork and required disclosures to stay aligned with RCWs.
Rent Collection
We receive rent payments and promptly disburse them to owners. We handle all issues related to collecting late rent and participating in rental assistance programs.
Property Maintenance
We utilize our own in-house maintenance company that can handle almost all the maintenance needs and partner with vendors to ensure prompt, cost-effective services.
Financial Recording
We provide regular monthly financial reports that will keep owners informed on their investments!
